Coincidentally, in the same month and year Google.org threw out the challenge to the world to come up with a renewable energy source cheaper than the currently cheapest but dirty fuel source, coal. Despite its tremendous financial resources and manpower, Google.org has been unable to solve the RE<c equation “to find a renewable energy cheaper than coal.”
