It is a welcome precedent to see “clean energy” projects as a part of international relations between countries to stimulate growth of the clean electricity sector world wide.
China has taken the lead with this initiative. Unlike the rest of the world there are no entrenched vested interests in China maintaining the status quo of oil and coal distribution as China is a net importer of these dirty fuel sources.
